Subscription Plans:

1. Basic Plan – Rupees 199/6 months (Auto Pay)

Features Accessible for Basic Plan

• Data storage of 500 MB to store unlimited medical records.
• Access to book unlimited appointments.
• Know about your BMI.
• Track your period cycle (for females).
• Know about hospitals nearby.
• Share your emergency information via QR code.

Payment Terms:

1. Billing Frequency

Semi-annual Subscription: Sayhet charges users on a semi-annual basis. The subscription fee is due at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
• PayPal.
• Gift Cards: Netflix gift cards (in some regions).
• Direct Debit/Bank Account (in certain countries).
• Mobile Payments (in certain regions).

3. Free Trial Period

Sayhet doesn’t offer a free trial. Users must enter payment details after sign-up and will be billed on a semi-annual basis.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Late Payments

Sayhet doesn’t charge late fees, but if payment fails, attempts will be made again. If unsuccessful, the account may be suspended.

6. Price Changes

Sayhet reserves the right to increase subscription fees due to inflation, new content, or service upgrades. Users will be notified in advance.

7. Taxes

Subscription fees may be subject to sales tax, VAT, or GST based on the country or region.

8. Cancellation Terms

Users can cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided for partial subscriptions. Access remains until the end of the billing cycle.
